napuštenih,nasukanih
Explanation:

1Stranded costs are frequently defined as the value of unamortized investments in electricity assets that could not be recovered in a competitive marketplace or the difference between the market value and the book value of these assets.
2Other stranded costs include the long-term coal contracts entered into by UK electric utilities. These are discussed in the section entitled "The Demise of the UK Coal Industry and the Dash to Gas."
3UK Electricity Association, Electricity Industry Review (January 1997), p. 33.
4"Investors Burn Fingers in Nuclear Sell-off," The Guardian (July 16, 1997), p. 3.

Hvala.

"zalutali" (izgubljeni), "stradali"

Explanation:
"...strandable costs. These are the fixed or sunk costs to be paid by the incumbents that have been imposed by the regulator. Strandable costs become stranded when they cannot be recovered through the market after the introduction of competition."
