Znam da se kod nas dobiva uvjerenje o nekažnjavanju ili kaznenom postupku. Nisam sigurna da je to to, jer ova uvjerenje izdaje policijska uprava a uvjerenje o nekažnjavanju kazneni sud, pa bi trebala objašnjenje.

na prvi pogled je "provjera i uvid u policijski zapisnik" i više mi se čini kao naziv ili opis procedure nego kao sam dokument, no možda je to Uvjerenje o provjeri policijskih spisa, policijskih zapisnika itd. Na web-stranicama navedenim u nastavku vrlo su jasno objašnjenje vrste tih Disclosure Certificates, a možda je nabolje da nazovete postaju u Heizelovoj (ili Petrinjskoj) i provjerite s njima kako se taj obrazac naziva kod nas (ako postoji)
