mislim da bi većina ustanova i službi izdala neku sličnu potvrdu ili uvjerenje dok se ne upiše u maticu rođenih. doduše, za rođenje nisam čula, nego da je netko npr. diplomirao ili sl. ali mislim da kao naziv može funkcionirati i naše će ga službe, kojima se vjerojatno treba podnijeti takav dokument, prepoznati :) |
