Moze li to biti nekakv poticaj da se oni udruze u partnerstvo, umjesto da djeluju pojedinacno...

Mislim da to nema veze s izrazom incentive to shrink kod nekih velikih poduzeca, tvornica i sl...

Explanation:
Možda se radi o proporcionalnoj vezi između pojedinačnih nastojanja partnera u nekom partnerstvu i opadanju utjecaja tih nastojanja na individualne vlasničke udjele kada se istovremeno ukupni broj partnera unutar ove firme poveća. U svakom se slučaju radi više o ljudskim resursima i o vlasničkim odnosima među sudionicima nekog partnerstva, a manje o smanjenju broja radnika u nekoj tvornici, poput downsizing ili otkaza. Možda je prikladnije da se upotrijebi riječ motivacija umjesto poticaja.

Možda se radi o proporcionalnoj vezi između pojedinačnih nastojanja partnera u nekom partnerstvu i opadanju utjecaja tih nastojanja na individualne vlasničke udjele kada se istovremeno ukupni broj partnera unutar ove firme poveća. U svakom se slučaju radi više o ljudskim resursima i o vlasničkim odnosima među sudionicima nekog partnerstva, a manje o smanjenju broja radnika u nekoj tvornici, poput downsizing ili otkaza. Možda je prikladnije da se upotrijebi riječ motivacija umjesto poticaja.
