agree  Vesna Maširević: i ja! :) (propuštena je reč koju sam propustila). Mada bi propuštena dobit trebala biti lost profit/ Pa zato što sam i sebe zbunila. Izvinjavam se i mislim da zavisi od konteksta te da treba neki šumar da nam presudi ;) ali potražiću neke reference

Posto sam sada proučila čitavu "cost benefit analizu" iz ovog dokumenta prisetih se da je Cost-benefit analiza = Analiza troškova i koristi

Sem toga u dokumentu se govori o "estimated benefits to society - are the benefits of protecting the forests greater than the value of the extractive benefits that will be given up if the reserves are established?"

A spominje se i
"opportunity costs of the forest reserves. This is the amount of community benefit that will be lost if the reserves were to be established. It amounts to the surpluses that would be enjoyed by the community if forestry operations were allowed to proceed. These surpluses are enjoyed by both the producers and consumers of the timber products that would be harvested from the forests at issue if they were NOT set aside as reserves.

It is relatively straight forward to estimate the opportunity costs of forest protection in monetary terms. The timber products that are foregone are bought and sold in markets. Market data can be used to estimate their value"
