Nemam nikakav kontekst, osim da se radi o drzavnoj sluzbi i u PP prezentaciji se nabrajaju njene razne djelatnosti kao sto su nadzor i sl. Outreach je jedna od onih rijeci na kojima uvijek zapnem ako nemam dodatni kontekst, pa bih molila pomoc pri prevodjenju ovog termina u nekom vrlo opcem smislu. Hvala.
