Mislim da se radi o odricanju od odgovornosti nekog portala.
Evo jednog primjera: XYZ....ne snose bilo kakvu odgovornost, koja bi na bilo koji način proizašla kao posljedica primjene, interpretacije i tumačenja bilo kojeg sadržaja portala ... niti odgovaraju za štetu koja bi bila prouzročena korisniku ili bilo kojoj trećoj osobi korištenjem, primjenom ili zlouporabom korištenja sadržaja na portalu.
