Explanation:
S obzirom da ne znamo otkuda Vam je naručitelj, BiH ili Hrvatska, ja ću za svaki slučaj predložiti i ono što je službeno u uporabi u RH. Da nam se kasnije ne bi događalo da u RH u prijevodima imamo rješenja na temelju BiH-zakona. ;-)

Contracting Authority - Ugovaratelj

The party concluding the contract. In the context of the pre-accession funds, depending on the implementation system the Commission (CIS, CDIS) or a public administration body of the beneficiary country (DIS). In Croatia the Contracting Authority for CARDS/PHARE, ISPA and part of the IPA components is the Central Finance and Contracting Agency (CFCA) and for SAPARD the SAPARD Agency.

Stranka koja zaključuje ugovor. U kontekstu pretpristupnih fondova, ovisno o sustavu provedbe to može biti Europska komisija (CIS, CDIS) ili tijelo državne uprave zemlje korisnika (DIS). U Hrvatskoj je ugovaratelj za programe CARDS/PHARE, ISPA i dio IPA komponenti Središnja agencija za financiranje i ugovaranje (SAFU), a SAPARD/IPARD agencija za programe SAPARD/IPARD.
