Iz kupoprodajnog ugovora. Recenica glasi:This Agreement may not be assigned by Distributor without prior written approval of XXX . A change in control of Distributor or the sale of a significant part of its assets related to this Agreement shall be deemed an assignment. Any assignment in violation of this paragraph shall be void and shall entail the termination of the Agreement unless otherwise indicated by XXX within 3 months of notice by Distributor.
