Zaposlenici poduzeca (ukljucujuci upravu, stalno i honorarno osoblje)


Explanation:
Ovdje se sigurno NE radi SAMo o honorarnim zaposlenicima, vec o SVIMA - procitajte jos jednom pazljivo ("any individual employed by xxx OR affiliates..."- to su SVI zaposlenici koji rade za tu korporaciju/poduzece - stalni i honorarni. Ovdje se radi o ugovoru pa je jako vazno da te stvari budu precizne
