ground lease je (dugoročni) zakup zemljišta koji, zavisno od ugovora, ima neke specifične elemente i sličan je odnosu koncesije... iz ovih vaših primjera meni se čini da bi "podmirenje obveza koje proizlaze iz dugoročnih ugovora o zakupu zemljišta" ili slično bilo odgovarajuće, čini mi se da je kontekst dosta općenit...

ma to je već "cifranje", eheheheh... za nadati se da je to jedna od onih odredbi koja taksativno nabraja tisuću stvari i koju obično detaljno pročitaju jedino prevoditelji :)))

Asker: Je li ground lease jednostavno zakup zemljišta?
Asker: Jao, hvala puno na objašnjenju, ovaj mi je cijeli odlomak zagorčao život, a nemam puno vremena, po običaju, posvetiti se tom članku (ostaviti ću ga za kraj). Ja sam isto tako prevela u konačnici samo sam stavila "podmirenje obveza koje proizlaze iz zakupa zemljišta i drugih zakupa, ali mogla bih ipak spomenuti i dugoročne ugovore, hmmmmm Hvala još jednom !!!!!!!
