Explanation:
"Compliance" tj. pridržavanje obično veže uz neki specifičan zakon ili propis (primjerice o tržišnom natjecanju, kao u referenci) kojega se poduzeće treba pridržavati ili ga primjenjivati u poslovanju, što je tu vjerojatno trebalo utvrditi cijelim postupkom "due diligencea" (dubinske analize).

No veći je problem onaj "history" - inače bi to mogao biti pregled, evidencija, čak i povijest, ali u ovom konkretnom primjeru naprosto ne bi odgovaralo u danu rečenicu. zato predlažem prijevod "do sada", "u prošlosti"
