Explanation:

Stjecatelj licencije surađuje s davateljem licencije i istome dostavlja sve ostale podatke i dokumentaciju koje davatelj licencije može opravdano zatražiti kako bi davatelju licencije omogućio da potkrijepi pravo na korištenje poreznog kredita (odbitka poreza) u inozemstvu temeljem poreza koje je stjecatelj licencije ustegnuo iz plaćanja prema davatelju licencije.

Porezni kredit:
"Za razliku od odbitka (od porezne osnovice), porezni kredit je odbitak od poreza koji smanjuje konačnu poreznu obvezu."
