troškovnik/ponuda


Explanation:
mislim da se kod nas radi o troškovniku ili o ponudi, kao referencu sam naveo Wikipediju zbog stavki koje sadržava statement of work. S obzirom da se kod nas u praksi (barem u mojoj firmi) radi o izvođenju radova prema troškovniku ili ponudi koja sadržava predmet ponude, datum i rok u kojem je ponuda važeća te sve ostale napomene i uvjete vezane za izvođenje posla.

Explanation:
Statement bi normalno bila izjava, ali u ovom kontekstu radi se o ustanovljenju radnih zadataka odnosno poslova preuzetih ugovorom.
Govorim iz vlastitog iskustva, potpisao sam desetak ugovora s kanadskom vladom (o radnom odnosu) i uz svaki ugovor je išao aneks statement of work koji je nabrajao radne zadatke (na hrvatskom doslovce opis radnog mjesta). Ovdje se ne radi o radnom mjestu, već drugim ugovorno preuzetim obvezama, ali značenje je isto. U ovom slučaju poslovnih obveza.
