Asi by tam mělo být The invoice should not overbill the purchase order.

Chcete-li to mermomocí jedním slovem, tak dejte "převyšovat".
Ale ten zápor mi tam jinak chybí, dle mého prostě faktura "nesmí převyšovat" objednávku.
