Možná by stačilo tomu říkat "program" nebo "podprogram", to hodně záleží na dalších souvislostech. "Program" bych použil, pokud se to dá spustit samostatně...

Ještě mě napadlo, že "accounting rules" by mohly být "zásady účetnictví" nebo "účetní řád" nebo něco jiného, co zapadne dobře do kontextu...
