Tady bych jednoznacne nechal opet anglicky vyraz upraveny do cestiny, tedy call centrum. Dnes je to jiz tak bezne, ze tomu rozumi uplne kazdy - i lide bez znalosti anglictiny.
Pak by se take dal uvazovat dal a podle presnejsi charakteristiky onoho centra jej nazvat napriklad asistencni centrum nebo linka, pokud je zdarma tak zelena linka, atd.

Vim, ze je to hodnemluvne, ale potkala jsem to. Nebo jen telefonicke stredisko. To prvni, ac delsi, mi prijde lepsi. :)

disagree  Pavel Blann: Tento výraz je Czenglish. Podotýkám, že mi nevadí "e-mail", "on-line" ani jiná slova přejatá z angličtiny.

  -> rozumim Vam a naprosto chapu, jenze treba pro me a pro mou generaci je tenhle vyraz daleko blizsi. vlastne ani nevim, co bych si predstavil pod strediskem telefonickych sluzeb. ale jak rikam, jde o otazku vkusu. :)
