For vineyard parcels claimed for sanitary and phytosanitary meaures (SPS) however, the standard procedure (i.e. a maximum tolerance of 1.5m around the parcel perimeter, up to an absolute maximum of 1 ha) applies. Moreover, the area eligible for SPS may be larger than the planted area defined by art 75 of Regulation 555/2008 (e.g. may include headrows provided these are in good agricultural and environmental condition).

agree  Martin Janda: ten překládaný text je buď z Jirkou odkazovaného pdf, nebo velmi spřízněného. Dle obrázku to tutově není školka.

  -> No, podle Vaseho odkazu jde skutecne o souvrate, a na netu se toho moc najit nedalo, takze si pani Iveta muze vybrat, co se ji tam hodi vice a co je spravne.
