23. Disabling Code:
Vendor warrants that in the course of providing the Work, it will not knowingly insert into the System, any deliverables, other SSI/Owner's systems or the systems used to provide the Work, any code that would have the effect of disabling or otherwise shutting down all or any portion of the System, any deliverables, other SSI/Owner's systems or the systems used to provide the Work. Vendor further warrants that, with respect
to any disabling code that may be part of the Vendor software, the System, any deliverables, or other SSI/Owner's systems used to provide the Work, Vendor (1) shall not invoke such disabling code for self-help reasons or to gain leverage with respect to a dispute between the Parties at any time, and (2) shall not invoke such disabling code at any time, including upon expiration or termination of the Agreement for any reason, without SSI's prior written consent.

Asker: Díky Tomáši, potřeboval jsem se ujistit, v celém textu podmínek ani zmínka o softwaru a najednou takhle zaměřená klauzule, moc mi to ke zbytku nesedělo...

Asker: No asi jo :) Ve smlouvě ani podmínkách jsem na nic ohledně softwaru nenarazil a předmět plnění je někde úplně jinde, asi je to tam pro "sichr", ale trošku mě to vykoplo z rytmu... :)
