jak překládáte well-being? nejlepší se mi zdá kvalita života, nacházím ovšem i osobní pohoda, prosperita apod. Nebo třeba v souvislosti s "wellbeing at the workplace" jako dobré pracovní podmínky...

Ja by som použil výraz pohoda, prípadne pohoda zamestnancov. Ide zrejme o to, aby sa zamestnanci v organizácii / v spoločnosti cítili dobre, aby boli v pohode a mohli podávať dobrý výkon a aby rástla produktivita práce.
