It appears in a handful of sentences: Use of shorting blocks and fuses is recommended for voltage leads and power supply to prevent hazardous voltage conditions or damage to current transformers; Before wiring, de-energize the CT secondary by shorting it via a shorting block.

block je ve slovniku uveden kromě jiného taky jako člen.
Souprava by v zásadě taky nebyla špatně, se svorkovnicí si nejsem tak jistý, pod tím si dycky představím takový ten kus plechu se šroubky, pod které se přišroubují dráty.
zkratovací blok by asi taky šlo... ono se většinou nezkratuje natvrdo pomocí drátu, ale nějakého obvodu obsahujícího rezistor, a možná i cívku (omezuje proud) |
