It is a term to go into a list of safety retuirements of electrical products. This is the only reference for this particular product and term:

Do not operate except with the ground terminals on Bricks and Cross Connect Panels solidly connected to ground with a copper wire sized #12 AWG or larger. Oh, and would brick be as simple as cihla in here?
