Bus/Financial - Engineering: Industrial / Contract, General requirements | | English term or phrase: Confidential(ity) and Proprietary | "Confidentiality status: public" = "Stupeň utajení: veřejné"? "Stav důvěrnosti" is wrong I suppose. :-)
"This document contains confidential proprietary information."
= "Tento dokument obsahuje důvěrné, zákonem chráněné informace."?

duševní vlastnictví lze chránit různě, třeba jen utajením, popř. přihlášením k ochraně...
informace také lze chránit, třeba smlouvou o důvěrnosti, autorským právem apod...
