"Procurement" is only one of four "Sections", the other being "Design", "Quality [Assurance]" and "Customar Service". I thus wonder, if "Skupina" is an appropriate translation, hence "Odpovědná jednotka: Skupina"...hm, sounds awkward to me, but maybe it's another terminus technicus.
