English to Czech translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Engineering: Industrial / CDRL, GRD, contracts
English term or phrase:(non-)compliance
(1) "Statement of Compliance" (defined in the document as "An assessment of the supplier indicating the fulfilment of a requirement") is said to be translated as "Prohlášení o souhlasu". Is it correct?
Also, notice the following, which occurs in the same text as well:
(2) "Materials and substances classified as Prohibited shall not be used in the Goods. Compliance is mandatory for the Supplier."
Should I translate this instance of "Compliance" as "souhlas" again?
(3) "In case of non-compliance with any of the requirements relevant to the TRD/ GRD (all sections) the Supplier shall clearly indicate each aspect of non-compliance in his proposal (GRD as part of the bid)".
I wonder if "non-compliance" here will be simply the opposite, hence "nesouhlas", because most dictionaries give "nesoulad".
(4) In "To ensure that Buyer products are in compliance with upcoming legislation and common customer requirements...", I would rather use "v SOULADU s". Would that be OK?
(5) In "The Supplier shall conduct EMC tests in the following areas to ensure compliance with EN xxxxx..." I'd probably use "soulad" rather than "souhlas", again.
(6) "...demonstrating that the product is safe by showing compliance with all safety requirements..." "SOULAD" here, too, right?
Other examples: "...shall be able to demonstrate compliance to all of the requirements..." with "to" as the preposition. No change of meaning here?
I can imagine other synonyms or near synonyms, like "shoda", but I don't know what's the most frequent and suitable Czech equivalent.
Explanation: Původně jsem to odhadoval na „neshodu", což je nejběžnější termín v ISO terminologii, ale po podrobném přečtení jednotlivých bodů bych to viděl asi takto:
(1) Prohlášení o shodě
(2) Zde by šlo použít „splnění požadavků“ Určitě ne „souhlas"
(3) nesplnění
(4) v souladu
(5) soulad s EN xxxxx...
(6) splnění

je v angličtině Conformity Declaration nebo Declaration of Conformity. Jedná se o oficiální termín a název určitého dokumentu, a proto bych Statement of Compliance nikdy nepřekládala jako prohlášení o shodě, protože to předstvuje něco jiného

Explanation: V zásadě souhlasím s odpovědí přede mnou, jen bych ještě doplnila, že není třeba to všude překládat důsledně stejně, tj. jako "shoda". V každém kontextu lze použít něco jiného, aby se to dobře četlo :-) Viz níže komentáře k jednotlivým číslovaným bodům.
(1) Statement of Compliance bych překládala jako Prohlášení o shodě. Viz Google :-)
(2) Compliance is mandatory for the Supplier. - Shoda (s předpisy) je pro dodavatele povinná.
(3) Zde lze použít "nesoulad" i "neshoda" - V případě nesouladu/neshody s ...
(4) ... v souladu s (jak tazatel správně navrhuje)
(5) ... aby byl zajištěn soulad s... (eventuelně: ...aby zajistil, že výrobek bude splňovat požadavky normy EN....)
(6) ...potvrdí bezpečnost výrobku tím, že prokáže shodu se všemi bezpečnostními požadavky
