My trial:

"V případě, že požadavky nejsou Kupujícím náležitě specifikovány, musí Dodavatel obdržet/dostat vysvětlení a *dohodu/smlouvu/úmluvu s Kupujícím o finální specifikaci zakončenou Prohlášením o shodě." So, what do you people think? Thanks for your comments!

- Odsouhlasení se v takových případech používá více.
- To prohlášení o shodě v tomto případě asi nebude oficiální certifikační, ale jen takové "interní" mezi 2 stranami, takže se tomu možná může říkat všelijak...
