Is "upuštění" the right translation in this particular instance? Many thanks in advance!

nezřeknutí se práva... V češtině většinou přidáváme zápor k přecházejícímu slovesu např. neznamená vzdání se práva...

V zásadě by stačil nadpis 'zproštění odpovědnosti' a potom se v bodech vyjadřuje, ‘kdo, kdy, co a jak’, ale použila jsem v tomto kontextu to vyloučení, neboli “zákaz”.
