As a headline. This is the text that follows:

"In the case where modifications are performed in the vehicles, in the components or in the software, on the basis of the defects/serial defects liability, which require corrections in the documentation, the Supplier shall precede itself free of charge to the corrections.
Moreover the Supplier shall proceed to the modifications in its documentation, which were caused by the identification of deviations in the contract after examination by XY or the end
customer.
The Supplier shall keep in a safe all the documentation during a time period of 35 years after acceptance of the last vehicle. At the end of the 35 years time period the Supplier shall make an offer to XY with a view of the free of charge taking over of the whole documentation"

v tomto pripade navrhujem tento preklad - na zaklade posledneho odstavca, i ked sa vacsinou preklada ako podminena smlouva.

(ujednání o) nakládání / zacházení s dokumetací


Explanation:
Slovo samotné (ecrow) by naznačovalo prosté uložení, ale o tom daný text mluví až v posledním odstavci, jinak popisuje úpravy, proto bych překlad pojal spíš dle kontextu, šířeji.
