English to Czech translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Finance (general)
English term or phrase: kickback
Similar question as the previous one, within the same context: We do not make, and will not accept, facilitation payments or "kickbacks" of any kind.
Kickbacks are typically payments made in return for a business favour or advantage. All workers must avoid any activity that might lead to, or suggest, that a facilitation payment or kickback will be made or accepted by us.

Thank you again

agree  Hana Rutova: bribery se dává předem, kicback až následně, ale není to totéž jako legální provize(spíše nezdaněná nebo neopodstatněná)

-> Samozřejmě v tomto kontextu mám na mysli nelegální provizi. Děkuji.

disagree  Peter Hladky: "kickback" in this context is not "provize" - "provize" has legal backgroud while "úplatek" is illegal payment for some business advatage. See comment of Hana above.
7 hrs
-> Samozřejmě chápu rozdíl mezi provizí a "provizí" neboli úplatkem - termín "provize" ovšem existuje i v kontextu korupce, tedy tzv. korupční provize...
