"Following that, the liquidation procedure can start on the basis of 31/12/2011 balance sheets and such procedure usually takes a minimum of six months since the tax authorities will have to examine all the open years of assessment of the companies and agree these with our tax department in order to issue tax clearance certificates which are necessary before the liquidator files final accounts to the final shareholders meeting of the companies"
