Jeden z bodů důvodové zprávy k návrhu nařízení EU... Text je asi v relativně rané fázi návrhového kolečka, jsou v něm formální nedostatky. Angličtina není angličtnou rodilého mluvčího (tipl bych, že to psal někdo, kdo má jako mateřštinu některý z románských jazyků Unie - možná to pomůže rozklíčovat význam "annuity" v tomto kontextu). Můj tip je "roční charakter" nebo něco v tom smyslu, ale je to jenom pocit, který bych si rád ověřil. protože v anglickém slovníku jsem tento význam neobjevil. Moc díky za tipy. |

Áno. Myslím, že z kontextu vyplýva, že kvôli vysokému rozpočtu ... " sa rozpočtové záväzky delia na ročné splátky, aby sa vyrovnali so splátkami z rozpoču z EÚ."
