English to Czech translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Finance (general) / Awarding of shares | | English term or phrase: lock-in period | In the process of awarding shares, there is a vesting period. In some countries it is followed by a "lock-in period" during which you hold the shares but cannot sell them.
Could you please help me find the appropriate Czech term. "Období setrvání akcionářem" seems to be a bit too complicated and "výpovědní lhůta" seems to fail to reflect the meaning precisely.
