English to Czech translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Human Resources / staff training
English term or phrase: role-play
I know it seems like a silly one to ask but I have no experience in the field of staff training... It appears repeatedly and we are talking about sales training for new staff in the form of lectures, activities, scenarios and role-plays. I do know what it means, just not certain of the Czech equivalent. Thanks, and I will have a few more

hra na / role / zážitková hra

Explanation:
Termín celkem častý. Ve školství zůstává anglické role playing ..např. role playying aktivity atd. V jiných oborech by šla do "hra na... " a vhodně doplnila, protože termín role se běžně používá, napadá mne např. Stephen Covey.

V herní oblasti zůstavá aj.. role playing (RPG) bokem her jsem narazila i na "zážitková hra" --- může být jakýkoli kontext.

This is very frequent form of training staff, especially in are where the participants need to aquire some new skills like social skills (self-confidence, self-presentation, assetiveness), etc.

zahrát situaci

Explanation:
I think the actual choice of term will depend on the register required. I consider Marek and Tomas's suggestion the most mainstream, which may, however, simply be so due to popular tendency to overadopt English-like vocabulary into Czech.
