Since the non-exempt employee is giving up the opportunity to work a full day at the office, a minimum of eight hours will be paid for travel occurring on a regularly scheduled workday (Monday – Friday).
When non-exempt employees attend rallies or travel for other Company business reasons, they are eligible to be paid for the time spent traveling to and from the destination by airplane, bus or train |
