Note, review of this program does not make you an authorize LO/TO employee or allow you to set LO/TO.
Affected Employee – operates or is working in the area where equipment maintenance or servicing is being performed.
Affected Employees are NOT authorized to set and or remove LO/TO.
Authorized employee – has the appropriate technical background, and:
Completed LO/TO authorized employee training
Can successfully demonstrate LO/TO application
Performs the work on the system.
Immediately, notify your supervisor if you find a tag that has fallen off!
If you have any questions ask your supervisor or contact the EHS department.
