Termín je z prezentace řízení výkonnosti / perfomance management. Incumbent je ten, který je kolen, na kterého je dohlíeno. Lze pouít početěný termín "inkumbent"? ádný z obecně nabízených překladů (dritel úřadu apod.) se nehodí. Děkuji.

Bohuel "incumbent" nelze přeloit jedním slovem. Je to prostě oznacění osoby, která je dritelem nějakého privilegia, výsady či úřadu.
V případě "incumbents" je moné pouít - (vysoce) výkonný personál.
Bohuel vak početěné slovo "inkumbent" bych v tomto případě nepouil, protoe jde o termín vztahující se k telekomunikacím, označující toho operátora, který působil ji v dobách monopolu a "přeil" i do doby liberalizovaného trhu - u nás jde o Český Telecom.

You asked for the translation of 'incumbent', but the text uses the plural 'incumbents'. For the plural 'incumbents', 'personál' would do nicely. Where the text uses the singular, you might use 'dotyčný', or any more specific term that would be appropriate once you have more information to base your choice on.

It definitely would not be "kolený", i.e. 'trainee' because the trainee is not necessarily one of the incumbents. If the trainee happens to be one of the incumbents, he is being trained only due to being an "incumbent" in the first place. Not necessarily all incumbents are subject to this training. It is incumbent upon the author of the text using the word 'incumbent' to state who the incumbents are or give us enough context to decide what it is he refers to. Otherwise he is assuming you know that from sources outside of his presentation or is simply using the wrong word.
