Potřebuji vysvětlení. Jedná se o zprostředkovatelskou smlouvu mezi Klientem (developerem) a Zprostředkovatelem, jehož úkolem je prodat byty zákazníkům, za což má nárok na nějaké to procento z provize.
Odstavec začíná: Should the Client sell a complete building with all its units to a third party, the agent will be paid 1% of the complete deal or will oblige the third party upon purchase contract to sell through the agent on the same basis implemented in this contract." Chápu to tak, že v jiných případech prodává jednotlivé byty Zprostředkovatel, ale pokud Klient sám prodá celý dům se všemi byty jedné třetí straně, pak musí Zprostředkovateli zaplatit 1% y celkové částky (kupní ceny?) anebo.... A to je to, co už nechápu. Můžete mi prosím pomoci? |
