agree  Tomas Zahradnicek: přikláním se k této odpovědi... rozdělení se mi zdá moc konkrétní, zcizování je v tomto kontextu zastaralý výraz a Janova varianta je v podstatě totéž v bledě modrém a vy jste byl první

agree  Jakub Racek: Souhlasím. Možná bych jen upozornil na ten "an asset." České zbavení se "akvit" by mohlo navodit pocit, že jde o všechna aktiva. Asi bych volil spíš výraz "majetku" nebo "část majetku."

Příklad: Řekněme, že "Hutě a slévárny Kotěhůlky" rozdělí aktiva, slévárny převedou na dceřinou společnost "Slévárny Kotěhůlky" a ponechají si jen (ziskové) hutě, zatímco (prodělávající) slévárny nechají zkrachovat nebo později odprodají...

dceřinou samozřejmě jedno "n" :-)
