"Sumární proces byl druh zkráceného soudního řízení před delegovanými okresními soudy. Zvláštním druhem civilního procesu bylo řízení ve věcech bagatelních (věcech malé hodnoty). Oproti ostatním druhům procesu nemusely být strany povinně zastoupeny advokátem."

Případně by to asi šlo jako "zjednodušené soudní řízení" neboť podle zdrojů na netu se v common-law countries jedná o řízení, kdy se nemusí svolávat porota. |
