English term or phrase: section
I am just doing transaltion into Polish of an English text which was probably translated from Czech. There is this sentence: company X registered at the Commercial Court of the city of Y, section C, file 95 - I am not quite sure what this Section stands for, could you provide me with JUST an English explanation as I am Polish and do not speak Czech

Theoretically it could be a section of the Commercial Court, in which case it would be \'odbor\'. Then the filing system would have no sections and yours would simply be the 95th file that Section of the Commercial Court has.

However, I think the section refers to a section in the filing system.

Actually, now I know for a fact that the \"section\" refers to \"oddíl\" of the filing system.

I am not sure, however, whether \"file\" is the correct word in the original Czech to English translation. It appears that the \"file\" is to represent the Czech \"vložka\", i.e. \"insert\", containing the individual \"files\", i.e. \"spisy\".
