Seat Capillary Volume
Select the seat capillary volume based on the installed seat capillary. For seat capillary volumes of 1.2 or 2.3 µl, the maximum injection volume is the syringe volume. If the seat capillary volume exceeds or equals the syringe volume, the maximum injection volume is the sum of the syringe and seat capillary volumes. The default is 2.3 µl.
