Trust me, you wont be disappointed, dont be put of by the thought of eating blood, if you have ever tasted luncheon? aka processed meats like chicken, ham, beef, combined to a sausage type roll with spices and onions added, that you slice up and put on sandwiches or added to meals for extra flavours? for example salami?, well black pudding is sweeter, spicer, you wouldnt even know the difference. So all that said, try it with an open mind.

Explanation:
Nevím to jistě, ale myslím, že slovem processed je myšleno zpracování tepelné. Připomněla jsem si rozdíl mezi českou šunkou, která je téměř vždy dušená, zatímco ve Španělsku, v Itálii, ale i jinde mají lidé v oblibě šunku uzenou, která neprochází tepelným zpracováním.

nevyjádřila jsem to asi úplně dobře, on vlastně i proces uzení je tepelným zpracováním, myslela jsem tím, že například španělská \"jamon serrano\" nebo italská šunka \"prosciuto\" neprochází varem ani dušením

agree  Daniel Meier: Pouzil bych"tepelne zpracovany vyrobek" nebo "tepelne zpracovany masny vyrobek", pokud se jedna o sunku/sunkovy salam v "igelitu". Slovo "sunka" bych pouzil pouze tehdy, pokud ta sunka je prisada napr. u pizzy apod.
