to je akorát pokus říci "expertní základna" ještě jinak, jedno cizí slovo jsem vyhnal dveřmi, druhé se vždy vrátilo oknem :)
angl. "talent" bych chápal ve smyslu "schopnost, kvalifikace" (na té standardem stanovené úrovni)
