I am not going to try it in Czech Sarko, but in English you could rephrase it as "increasing the flow/amount of older second hand stock that keeps on appearing on the market" so Dalibor is right in a sense with his link from the financial dictionary (lots of buying and selling of second-hand stock). I am not sure it is being used in the sense indicated by the rest of the definition though (to create artificial interest etc.) - they just mean that there is a fast flow of second-hand goods on the market |
