Vitejte opet ve skole

Explanation:
Vítejte opět/znovu ve škole

I guess, it is the parents who once again go to school, isn´t it?
Therefore, I would prefer "opet/znovu" i.e. "again" instead of translating literally "back". Because they have come in again in fact, to educate themselves, which is a positive thing. "Welcome back" would mean - oh, you are back here, you need it, I have known it ... this for me implies a negative position, laughing at sb...

Therefore: "again" instead of "back" - that is "opět/znovu".
