Je to "bonzacka" telefonni linka, na kterou zavolate, pokud chcete nekoho nebo neco ve vasem podniku udat, protoze se vam to nelibi. Integrita je vlastne bezuhonnost, a linka bezuhonnosti mi pripada dost pritazeny nazev na vlastne udavacskou linku. Co se na tohle pouziva ve velkych firmach v Cesku.

Explanation:
I would just use the word 'stížnosti' for any such service. It is fundamentally a line where people can voice their grievances. Otherwise, translating the term verbatim does not make much sense and does not really explain the real use of such a 'snoop' line.
