I posted this question in a monolingual forum too, and it seems to mean "exchange because of quality issues". So unless you disagree with this suggestion, I will close this question with the translation "ombytning på grund af kvalitetsproblemer".

It sounds American to me, so there are native speakers and real natie speakers ;-)
I think the expression is intended to cover what is often a statutory right for the consumer, in the EU at least, but it is shortened down so much here that it is not clear!

You are right, it is not obvious, so I am not completely sure. I am hoping that some native speaker who actually knows this expression might notice my question. Perhaps I should have posted it as a monolingual "English only" question (if that is possible) to reach more answerers, because they don't really have to know Danish in order to be able to help.

I think you are right, it looks like refers to something like "exchange for quality garment or repair of garment". But it's not obvious...
