1) fundamentally changing the overall model, transforming EBS from a “push” to a “pull” model and customizing the assessment process; and 2) simplifying and consolidating many of the processes we have today. All to empower our businesses and all employees to focus and achieve superior, breakout performance.
Could you please help me with a suitable translation of 'breakout performance' in the above context.

"Breakout" kan jo også oversættes med "gennembrud" - altså en indsats der formår at bryde igennem problemstillingen - men jeg synes bedre om "nytænkning" i dette tilfælde. Man kunne evt. bruge "fremragende resultater" eller "enestående resultater". Jeg mener, at der må være tale om at få de ansatte til at yde deres absolut bedste med det resultat, at de tænker uden for boksen. |
