English term or phrase: mesentary technique

Kontekst: Repeat the mesentary technique (Step 7 through 9) with the second piece of xxx film, but apply where the drain exits the drape.

Her er step 7-9:
7. Position one third of the included xxx film over the insertion site. Ensure a good film-to-film seal around the periphery of the insertion point.
8. Lift the drain tubing to a 45° angle and press along the film backing so that the film adheres to tubing securely. Pinch the transparent film around the drain tubing at the insertion point, starting close to the drain tubing. Remove the outer backing of the transparent film.
9. Lay the drain tubing down and continue pinching the film snuggly around the circumference of the drain tubing.

mesenterium, tyndtarmens krøs, dvs. den fedtholdige bughindestruktur (*perionealduplikatur bestående af to lag *mesotel med mellemliggende bindevæv og fedtvæv), som hæfter tyndtarmen til bagerste bugvæg; mesenteriet tjener til passage for tyndtarmens nerver, blodkar og lymfekar, hvoraf sidstnævnte har indskudt lymfeknuder. Mesenteriet bevirker at tyndtarmsslyngerne kan forskydes i forhold til hinanden under åndedrætsbevægelser, under ændringer i kroppens stilling og ved tarmens egenbevægelser, under ændringer i kroppens stilling og ved tarmens egenbevægelser (peristaltik), og bughindens glatte fugtige overflader medvirker til tarmenes frie bevægelighed."
