Medical - Medical: Instruments / Catheter
English term or phrase: quenching of luminescence
In addition to the pressure and temperature measurement, the catheter can also be
used to determine the partial oxygen pressure ptiO2 of the interstitial fluid. The ptiO2 permits statements
on the prognosis of secondary cerebral lesions. A highly precise optical measuring process (quenching of
luminescence) is used for this purpose.

-> Too bad you didn't research a little more, then you would know what the term indicated.

disagree  Suzanne Blangsted: Pti02 is indeed a measurement, the ti stands for tissue. Your term is "hjemmestrikket". // YES, hellloooo, it is an oximetry measurement in tissue - Indeed tissue can be measure that waty tooooo
4 hrs
-> Helloooh, BLANGSTED: The context says 'partial oxigen pressure ptiO2 of the interstitial fluid', i.e. dissolved in the fluid. Tissue? Partial pressure is applied from gasses only.

dæmpning af flourescens

Explanation:

http://www.diabetes.dk/Handicap2.asp?id=2537
http://ing.dk/artikel/74547
